Is Greece Ready for EMU?

So far only two European Community (EC) countries - France and Luxemnourg - meet the economic targets set by the Treaty for European Monetary Union (EMU).This was the essence of the conference's broad discussion May 22 of how well Mediterranean countries, and Greece in particular, are prepared for EMU.
